Project enquiries can include a name, email address or WhatsApp number, selected service, music or website links, project summary, budget, timeline and answers relevant to the requested service.
How it is used
The information is used to review the enquiry, respond, evaluate project fit, prepare a proposal and keep necessary business records. It is not sold.
Email and WhatsApp
Choosing “Email enquiry” sends the reviewed information to [email protected] through the website’s email-delivery provider. Choosing WhatsApp opens WhatsApp with the same information prepared for the visitor to send.
Service providers
Website delivery and security may involve Cloudflare. Email delivery may involve an email-delivery provider. WhatsApp processes information only when the visitor chooses that option. Those services operate under their own privacy terms.
Retention and requests
Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the potential project and meet legitimate business or record-keeping needs. To request access, correction or deletion, email [email protected].
