Service and funding terms

Clear scope.
Written agreement.

Website information and an enquiry are starting points. A project begins only after scope, fees, responsibilities and timelines are confirmed in writing.

Enquiries and proposals

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or guarantee acceptance. Services, fees, media budgets, timelines, deliverables and payment terms are confirmed in a separate proposal or agreement.

Artist funding

Release or video-production funding is considered case by case for projects that show strong music, vision and potential. The website’s “up to US$5,000 or INR equivalent” statement is a maximum indication, not an entitlement or guaranteed offer. Any funding requires a separate written agreement.

Results

Campaign planning and delivery can improve reach and discovery, but streams, playlist placement, sales, rankings, advertising results and platform decisions are not guaranteed.

Rights and supplied material

Clients must have permission to use the music, artwork, video, trademarks, data and other material they provide. Ownership, licences, credits and usage rights for produced work are defined in the project agreement.

Third-party platforms

Spotify, Google, Meta, YouTube, distributors, creators and other platforms apply their own policies and may change, reject, restrict or remove content or campaigns.
